Job Opportunity: Sheet Metal Journeyman

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our team at ELH Mechanical in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our commercial installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining sheet metal systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair sheet metal systems, including ductwork, vents, and other related components
  • Work with blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
  • Lead and mentor apprentices in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
  • Licensed Journeyman (308A) or 2nd/3rd year level apprenticeship
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
  • Physical stamina to work in a demanding environment
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
