MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

• Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
• Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and level earth to fine grade specifications.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
• Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
• Physical Demands: This role requires a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines. The ability to work in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail is essential.

• Permanent Full-Time Position: This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
• English Language: The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
