About the Role

As a Robotics and Manufacturing Optimization Engineer at Constructions Proco Inc., you will collaborate with various departments to optimize the use of existing robots and participate in projects aimed at developing manufacturing capacity. Your primary objective will be to reduce waste, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Factory Layout Planning: Design and establish plans for factory layout and installations.
  • Robot Programming: Program robots to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams on machine operation.
  • Research and Development: Participate in research and development projects to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and lead robotization projects.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct risk analyses to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Change Management: Manage change and ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor and track project progress.
  • Procedure Writing: Write and maintain procedures for manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Automation Engineering, or Robotics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
