Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Efficiently place dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Properly handle and store cleaning supplies.
  • Remove garbage and waste from the kitchen.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
