We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Business Partnering team at Aviva. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and providing strategic financial insights to support our business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.

**Requirements**
- 5+ years of post-qualification financial management experience, preferably in a property and casualty organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Proven track record of driving business performance and improving financial processes.
- Strong understanding of financial, strategic, and performance management processes.
