Textile Embroidery Technician

XL Branding is on the lookout for a skilled Textile Embroidery Technician to enhance our production team. The successful applicant should possess a secondary school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the embroidery sector.

Position Overview
  • Address minor mechanical issues such as faulty needles
  • Inform supervisors or maintenance personnel of equipment failures
  • Assess the operational efficiency of machinery
  • Examine reasons for machine downtime
  • Adjust machinery settings as necessary
  • Operate large-scale automatic multi-needle machines for embroidery or sewing multiple layers of fabric
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Work Conditions
