Job Title: Long Haul Driver

Gantry Trucking Ltd. is seeking a reliable and skilled Long Haul Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and secure environment on the road.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility and organized
