We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a robust and scalable backend infrastructure that supports our diverse range of products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing distributed systems.
  • Providing technical guidance to teams and collaborating with stakeholders to outline strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
  • Mentoring team members on best practices in design and coding standards.
  • Creating foundational infrastructure components that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Writing high-quality, thoroughly tested code to meet user requirements.

What we expect from you:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions to complex challenges.
  • A passion for building inclusive and accessible technology solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in scaling teams during rapid growth phases.
  • Familiarity with transitioning from monolithic architectures to microservices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in developing high-reliability or secure systems.
