Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Negotiate business contracts and lead sales teams in building relationships with clients
  • Prepare reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of business growth and development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
