Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at B.C. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, with attractive displays of beverages and garnishes.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and supplies.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the serving staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Bartender certification.
