- Event Management: Plan and execute in-store events, collaborating with the services team to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
- Training & Development: Develop and certify Beauty Advisors, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
- Performance Assessment & Development: Participate in performance management, delivering timely feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Passionate about Clients: Regularly act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients to ensure exceptional service.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to influence business partners.
- Proven ability to create high-performing teams and develop talent.
