As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project execution cycle, including developing project plans, managing risk, coordinating team members, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of a project and manage client expectations
- Ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy and contract specifications
- Build and maintain customer and supplier/partner/subcontractor relationships
- Plan and prepare schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines
- Allocate resources to the project efficiently & collaborate with local and international specialist departments in HiTHIUM as necessary
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare progress reports
- Manage project risk
- Experience in project management and key account management
- Strong management and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Effective communication skills
- Problem solving, creative thinking & innovation skills
- Great team player and able to strive in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree or above (bachelor's or master's degree in the United States or Canada is preferred)
- PMP Certification preferred
- More than 6 years of experience in project management and customer management
- Familiarity with the energy storage or the renewable energy industry is a prerequisite
- Experience with energy storage projects in the Americas is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Project required
- Proficiency in Procore preferred, but not required
- Ability to travel to projects when needed
- This position is remote/hybrid
