Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate - Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Burlington team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual audits of products to ensure conformance to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Verify labels and colors match work orders and customer requirements.
  • Operate custom audio software to identify audio defects and ensure product quality.
  • Load stampers onto audio software and compare audio quality to masters provided.
  • Document first-offs and stamper changes into software database.
  • Report identified defects and product malfunctions to production staff and team leaders.
  • Work to reduce waste in all forms by accurately and quickly identifying defects.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned production area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience.
  • Use of proper PPE while performing functions, CSA steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.
  • Ability to work all shifts and overtime as business needs require.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
  • Excellent electronic, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute good judgment and decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (reading and entering data on spreadsheets).
Physical Demands:
  • Required to stand for long periods of time (duration of shift).
  • Involves repetitive motions; use of hands and wrist continuously in a controlled environment.
  • Must be able to carry, push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.
  • Adaptable to relative sound pressure levels.
  • Good eyesight and hearing required; must be able to visually and audibly detect defects.
