About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Professional to join our team at MLP Dental as a Community Health Specialist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing vital dental care to adults in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat Oral Diseases: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a range of oral diseases, including restorative dentistry and oral surgery.
  • Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that restore and maintain optimal oral health.
  • Educate and Empower Clients: Educate clients on the importance of oral health and empower them to take control of their dental well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with our dedicated dental team to provide comprehensive care and promote a supportive and dynamic work culture.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Degree from a recognized dental program and licensing by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum of two years' experience in a dental setting, with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Certifications and Clearances: CPR certification and a valid Canadian Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (satisfactory to RCHS).
