As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering innovative Generative AI solutions to production teams within Ubisoft, aimed at enhancing game content creation.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Generative AI, Data Governance, DevOps, and data analytics, along with agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
Your role will involve building strong relationships with various team members in the community, including programmers, artists, and designers, serving as a reliable source of guidance and support. You will maintain an awareness of user workflows and requirements.
With comprehensive knowledge of the products you oversee, you will provide the community with tools that align with their needs and facilitate the realization of the game’s vision.
Your responsibilities will include educating and supporting production teams to maximize the use of available tools. Additionally, you will contribute your unique insights to advance the domain over the long term.
In this multifaceted role encompassing training, design, and product management, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert on Technology Group tools, assisting teams in utilizing products effectively, onboarding them, and guiding them toward optimal workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and other specialists to define the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision.
- Work alongside programming teams to design and develop features that meet community needs, while monitoring progress.
- Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure that our generative models and solutions meet the standards expected by content creators.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI solutions and integrate emerging techniques into your workflows.
- Develop training materials, including product tutorials and documentation.
- Maintain close communication with the community across Ubisoft, gathering feedback and sharing updates.
- Identify and explore opportunities to address creative challenges by leveraging generative AI solutions and enhancing content creation through automation.
- Provide direct support to production teams.
- Experience in project or product management or relevant experience;
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Comfy UI, ControlNet, RAG;
- Understanding of generative model fine-tuning;
- A client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach;
- The ability to deeply understand collaborators' needs to effectively meet them;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust;
- Flexibility to balance planned tasks with unexpected challenges;
- Analytical skills to evaluate products and propose enhancements;
