Brandt is seeking a Parts Product Manager - Agriculture to play a pivotal role in the expansion and enhancement of our agricultural product line. This position is essential for driving sales and improving profit margins within the parts division. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and Parts Managers to implement effective customer initiatives. As the go-to expert on parts, you will be a vital resource for both internal teams and customers, leveraging your extensive knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute strategic plans and annual business objectives for the parts product line.
- Achieve targeted revenue and profit margin growth for parts.
- Ensure successful implementation of annual business plan initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales and profitability for the product group.
- Act as a product expert and resource for communication.
- Provide coaching, support, and training to CSAs regarding relevant products.
- Create and deliver educational programs for CSAs, Parts, and Service Managers.
- Manage relationships with vendors related to parts, including identifying and onboarding new suppliers.
- Conduct market analysis to gather intelligence on competitors, customer preferences, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Analyze sales and margin data to uncover opportunities for CSAs and branches.
- Identify and promote new product opportunities while ensuring adequate stock and supply.
- Encourage the sale of both new and used parts.
- Support the promotion of parts programs.
- Facilitate the development of a comprehensive parts database.
