Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the dispatch of our drivers and equipment, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with our company's standards.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of our logistics operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and delivery information.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as accidents or natural disasters, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train, but a background in logistics or transportation is an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
