At Delzotto Butchershop, we are seeking a dedicated Meat Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products.

Key Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: We welcome candidates with no prior experience, as training will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
  • Prepare various meats for further processing and cutting.
  • Trim, package, and present meats attractively for sale.
  • Accurately weigh and portion meats to meet customer needs.
  • Clean and prepare seafood, including fish and shellfish.
  • Grind meats to specified requirements.
Essential Attributes
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Dependable and trustworthy team member.
