Job Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
Language Skills

Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an asset.

Work Environment
  • Site: Primarily outdoors at construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and handle construction materials.
  • Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials like concrete and asphalt.
  • Support pipe alignment during pipeline projects.
  • Help with drilling and blasting operations.
  • Grade earth to specified levels.
  • Participate in building demolition activities.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
  • Manage chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Clear debris and rubble from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic safely around construction zones.
