The successful candidate will exhibit comprehensive knowledge and experience in organizational processes and methodologies, particularly those aligned with PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. Responsibilities will include gathering critical information for strategic business mission planning and IT investments.

- The IT Architect role demands a candidate with a broad understanding of diverse technologies within an organization, collaborating with leadership to gather insights for strategic business mission planning and IT investments.
- The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, professional maturity, and advanced IT expertise. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with a deep understanding of organizational processes specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI, are essential.
- Familiarity with various Enterprise Architecture frameworks, including Zachman and TOGAF, is crucial. The Architect will provide comprehensive perspectives for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors, ensuring a holistic view of the enterprise while considering budget limitations.
- Additional areas of expertise include:
- Proven engineering skills in Windows Desktop applications, remote access, MS Windows 7, SQL Server, VMware, EMC, SAN storage, Cloud services, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, Apple iOS, information security, wireless technologies, and system networking.
- Knowledge and application of ITIL, project management (PMI), Agile methodologies, and Configuration and Change controls.
- Ability to offer technical engineering recommendations, advice, and enhancements based on previous successful systems integrations.
- Exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal negotiation skills, with the capability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Experience with VMware server and VDI.
- Understanding of PKI.
- Experience with MS Windows 2003 Terminal Server.
- Experience with MS Windows 2008R2 Server.
- Familiarity with Cisco UCS.
- Experience with Broadworks.
- Experience with Polycomm.
- Knowledge of BlackBerry, iOS, and Android OS.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- ITIL certification.
- CISSP certification.
