Key Responsibilities:- Retouch a high volume of images in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all required images meet the highest standards and deadlines are met.
- Ensure proper naming conventions are used to file images correctly, maintaining maximum studio efficiency.
- Coordinate and quality control any work from external retouchers, according to retouching guidelines.
- Responsible for archiving photos and ensuring backups are loaded onto company servers.
- A degree or experience in Photo editing, Graphic Design, or relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce photo studio or e-commerce production lab.
- Proven high level of proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the proven ability to work under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
