We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team at Mogouyan Hand Pulled Noodle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Package take-out food to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet our high culinary standards.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet our high culinary standards.
