We are seeking a skilled Flight Simulation Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep and operational readiness of our advanced flight simulators. This role is essential for ensuring that our training devices are functioning optimally, providing a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Prepare flight simulators for training sessions
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Deliver immediate technical assistance to training personnel
- Coordinate parts management and repair processes
Technical Investigation and Integration:
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges
- Support the refurbishment and enhancement of hardware
- Maintain accurate configuration records
- Analyze and interpret complex client specifications
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Revise and update technical documentation
- Engage in professional development and training sessions
- Assist in qualification assessments and documentation
- Ensure efficient operations within the training facility
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in technical troubleshooting
- Proficient understanding of hardware-software interactions
- Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Aircraft Maintenance
- Familiarity with programming languages and CAE software is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
