About the Role

At Kal Tire, we're seeking a skilled Tire Service Professional to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing passenger and light truck, fleet and OTR vehicle tire removal, installation and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for commercial tires, including removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired or replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.
  • Work in a fast-paced, changing environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
  • Have the opportunity to progress to more senior roles, such as Service Truck operations.

Requirements

  • You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
  • Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
  • Automotive or tire experience is an asset.
