This temporary on-call position is a great chance to learn more about postal operations and exciting job opportunities within Canada Post.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process shipments.
  • Sort, organize, and sequentially file shipments, creating batches.
  • Transfer postal trucks and load them efficiently.
  • Transfer and ship parcels and packages with care.
  • Prepare reports and documentation accurately.
  • Lift shipments weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 lb).
  • Perform other postal clerk tasks as required.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is necessary. Experience in a production environment is an asset.

You will be required to complete a preliminary screening test and interview.

As part of the selection process, selected candidates will undergo a security clearance process.

Security Critical Position

This position may be considered a critical security position and is subject to the requirements under Canada Post's Substance Use Policy.
