Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Technology - Development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting applications and integrations that drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects, working collaboratively with a team and independently to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design, develop, and support applications and integrations needed for the projects, leveraging your expertise in.NET, Angular, and React.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospective, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform code reviews to provide meaningful feedback to other developers, ensuring our codebase remains secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, demos, and lunch and learns, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Complete technical investigations (proof of concepts, analyses) to determine technology risk and feasibility, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Write unit, system, and integration tests to achieve a high degree of code coverage, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Identify technical debt and help devise a plan for addressing it, ensuring our codebase remains up-to-date and efficient.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and improvement, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience as a.NET developer (ideally C#, Typescript).
  • At least 3 years of recent experience with Angular and/or React.
  • At least 4 years of experience building REST / Microservices, APIs.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL (modeling, stored procedures).
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-code.
  • Solid working knowledge of Azure.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
