About the Role

MINK SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective communications materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimation: Estimate the time required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Collaboration: Work in a multidisciplinary environment with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Subcontracting Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their visual identity and communication needs.
  • Design Development: Develop graphic elements that meet client objectives and align with their brand identity.
  • Design Guidelines: Establish design guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Design Preparation: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for client review and approval.
  • Resource Utilization: Utilize existing photo and illustration banks, as well as typography guides, to enhance design efficiency.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Recruitment: Recruit newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
  • Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to facilitate their integration into the workforce.
  • Work Terms: Offer permanent work opportunities with a standard workweek of 30-40 hours.
  • Language Support: Provide English language support to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
