About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • System Adjustments and Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Contractor Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair, to maintain the appearance and integrity of our facilities.
