Job Title: High School Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated High School Teacher to join our team at Mountain View Christian Academy Society.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching high school students and providing a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach high school students in a variety of subjects, including mathematics, science, and language arts.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
  • Experience working with high school students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
