Job Title: Process Documentation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Documentation Specialist to join our Canadian Total Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and improving the written working procedures owned by the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and document existing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with the Director, Benefits & Well-Being to create new controls that improve financial management and governance of Sun Life's Total Benefits programs
  • Develop a structured approach for documenting operational activities and create process notes for the team
  • Identify and implement preventative, detective, and corrective controls to ensure process maintenance
  • Train Total Benefits team members on process changes and controls

  • Experience documenting processes and continuous improvement mindset
  • Autonomous learner with deep curiosity to learn total benefits and well-being programs
