- Setting: Repair and service establishment
- Manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently
- Conduct sales inquiries and assist customers with their needs
- Set up attractive displays for retail parts and accessories
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Provide expert advice on the suitability of parts and goods
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Identify, label, and catalog received items
- Issue and distribute parts for internal operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock
- Process incoming requests for parts
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming materials
- Sell spare and replacement parts effectively
- Manage shipping, delivery, or pickup of parts and products
