Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pearle Vision. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care services to our patients and driving sales growth through effective sales and consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring patients receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing expert advice to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
  • Embody our company values by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
