Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at FLOW MECHANICAL. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Transport materials to construction sites using heavy equipment
  • Mix and pour concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth finish
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy equipment and materials. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy labor
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
