We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at WinMar Fort McMurray. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks and holes
- Mix paint to desired color and texture
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Estimate costs and materials
- 5 years or more of experience
- Ability to work outdoors, underground, at heights, and in confined spaces
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Airless spray equipment experience
- Brush painting experience
- Conventional spray painting experience
- Multi-ratio pump spraying experience
- Patterned rollers experience
- Roller painting experience
- Thermal spray equipment experience
