Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Financial Associate, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Aligning delivery documents with Purchase Orders and validating as well as inputting invoices into financial management systems.
- Facilitating payment collection and generating weekly Accounts Receivable reports.
- Collaborating with various departments regarding credit approvals and organizing prepayment arrangements.
- Reconciling accounts payable and processing credit card transactions.
- Executing additional responsibilities as required.
- Managing inventory data entry.
- Preparing documentation for sales-related expenses.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- An Accounting Certificate or degree.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
