Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in delivering top-notch consulting services, specializing in capital project planning, infrastructure development, and contract administration.

  • Seize competitive business opportunities with a strategic mindset and develop compelling service delivery approaches, accurate effort estimates, and innovative pricing strategies to win new business and deliver exceptional value.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring project timelines, making adjustments as needed to address any discrepancies proactively and ensure project targets are met with precision.
  • Lead engagement planning, scheduling, and financial management, including budgets, work-in-progress, billing, and collections.

Requirements
  • Seven or more years of experience in capital project planning, development, or a related field, with a preference for experience working with Indigenous communities or enterprises.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-service environment with demonstrated project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (or similar) in civil or building engineering, architecture, planning, environmental studies, or other related fields.
  • Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
  • Certification in project management or contract administration an asset.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
