- Elevate MNP's profile by leading in the local professional community and networking strategically to explore new business development opportunities.
- Seven or more years of experience in capital project planning, development, or a related field, with a preference for experience working with Indigenous communities or enterprises.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-service environment with demonstrated project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or similar) in civil or building engineering, architecture, planning, environmental studies, or other related fields.
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
- Certification in project management or contract administration an asset.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
