Position: Senior .NET Software Engineer

Position Summary:

Our organization is in search of a proficient and adaptable Senior .NET Developer to become a part of our dynamic team. If you possess over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level N-Tier Web Applications with a focus on high performance, scalability, security, and reliability, we are eager to connect with you. Our workplace is casual yet fast-paced, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborating with the team to implement features for our SaaS eCommerce Platform and other related .NET Applications developed in C#, primarily ASP.NET Web Applications.
  2. Staying informed about emerging technological trends and sharing insights with the team.
  3. Identifying and recommending areas for refactoring within our platform to enhance performance, design, reliability, or scalability.
  4. Assisting in the establishment of software development processes across our development teams.
  5. Providing mentorship to junior developers and contributing to the continuous improvement of team dynamics.
  6. Conducting code reviews for fellow team members to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in developing production web applications across various platforms.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications using C# and .NET.
  4. Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming principles utilizing C# and .NET 4.5, NHibernate, and Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Ninject, Autofac).
  5. Proficiency in web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, HTML, and CSS.
  6. Experience with unit testing frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, FitNesse, and Jasmine.
  7. Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL programming.
  8. Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Server platform, encompassing IIS, WCF, COM+, and MSMQ.
  9. Experience in contributing to architectural documentation, including write-ups and UML diagrams.
  10. Knowledge of performance profiling tools such as ANTS, Microsoft, Dynatrace, New Relic, and Lean Sentry.
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with eCommerce products, Order Management Systems, and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  2. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  3. Experience with graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop.
