About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Test Lead to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a Technical Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and project management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Identify and report defects to development teams, and work with them to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain test data, including test scripts, test cases, and test environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on technical testing and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based testing tools, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
