AB Complex Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role requiring combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Excellent client focus, interpersonal skills, and judgement.
  • Experience an asset.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participate in government or community programs supporting newcomers and refugees.
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Develop relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
