Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the highest standards of practice, ensuring timely service delivery aligned with established performance indicators.
- Engage actively in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the education of medical students and residents through various teaching programs.
Experience or interest in Flow Cytometry oversight and/or Molecular Pathology is advantageous but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be part of a distinguished department comprising over 100 pathologists, supported by advanced testing capabilities including immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, and molecular pathology.
Work Environment:This position involves collaboration across multiple laboratory sites, fostering a dynamic and resource-sensitive environment. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills and a commitment to operational efficiency and quality of care.
