Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of restaurant staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Training: Provide training and development opportunities to restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
