Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Your expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotion regulation will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve lasting recovery.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with eating disorders, trauma, and other mental health concerns
  • Conducting clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions
  • Staying informed about the latest research and developments in the field

Requirements
  • Master's Level MSW or Clinical Psychology program (PhD) required
  • Experience working in eating disorders and trauma-informed care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatments, and ethical guidelines
