About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wilok Inc. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
  • Appliance and Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment, and make adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and perform other routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and perform snow and ice removal from walkways and parking areas.
  • Security and Safety: Perform safety and security checks, and ensure that all facilities are secure and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs), more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The work language is French.
