- Direct and supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Logistics and Operations
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development
- Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety protocols.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
