  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant environment, with staff accommodation available.
