Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a safety-first culture on construction sites
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and sub-trades
- Oversee job sites and ensure compliance with project plans and policies
- Drive quality, efficiency, and productivity of work crews
- Supervise multiple crews and subcontractors
- Develop construction work methods and plans
- Review and understand project plans and specifications
- Document daily field activities and provide technical input
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Hard working person with attention to detail
- Construction site experience required
- Bilingual French and English required
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
