Position Overview:

We are seeking a Health Programs Assistant Director to spearhead the creation and execution of initiatives focused on health and social policy development.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing the design, financial planning, and execution of various health program projects, ensuring that all objectives are achieved efficiently. This role will also involve the integration of the International Model for Customer Experience in Government across all health-related initiatives and providing expert advisory services to global clients.

The Health Programs Assistant Director will evaluate program effectiveness and propose enhancements as necessary. We are looking for a seasoned leader with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Master's degree in health policy, program administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the International Model for Customer Experience in Government is advantageous.
  • Management consulting experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.

Additional Requirements:

  • Open to international travel, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
