- Conducts thorough analyses of application infrastructure and code when necessary.
- Actively promotes Proposify internally and externally to attract and retain exceptional talent;
- Formal engineering education; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics and providing constructive feedback clearly and positively.
- Expertise in software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with PHP, Node, React, Typescript, and MySQL.
- Experience with large-scale React applications and communication with Back End API services.
- Understanding of fundamental programming paradigms and React principles, including components, hooks, and lifecycle.
- Familiarity with tools such as Redux, Webpack, Enzyme, Jest, Babel, ESLint, and/or Flux.
- Proven experience in designing complex systems and articulating design considerations and trade-offs.
- Experience with AWS and application architecture using EC2, ECS, Lambdas, Application Gateways, and RDS/DynamoDB.
- Mastery of modern development practices and tools for building, deploying, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience in automated testing, including unit and end-to-end testing.
