We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team at Aliaxis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for multiple production facilities, working closely with the Demand & Supply Planning team to support internal stakeholders, identify supply risks, and maintain inventory at targeted levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a production schedule for Aliaxis plants, considering raw material availability, plant constraints, and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate with plant production teams to keep them informed of changes to the schedule and provide daily feedback on schedule attainment.
  • Calculate inventory requirements for Work-In-Progress (WIP).
  • Coordinate stock transfers between Aliaxis warehouses and distribution centers to maintain planned inventory levels.
  • Maintain master data in our planning system, ensuring planning records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Respond to inquiries from sales, customer service, and manufacturing in a timely manner and report deviations, interruptions, and supply/demand spikes.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to provide weekly/monthly reporting to the Demand and Supply Planning Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education, APICS (CPIM) or equivalent experience in production planning.
  • 3-5 years of production scheduling experience.
  • Sophisticated level Excel skills required.
  • SAP experience is an asset.
  • Embracing and managing change.
