Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a growing set of data mining tools, frameworks, and approaches
- Participate in all phases of pricing model development: data mining/processing, modeling, and performance monitoring
- Coach junior Data Scientists and contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in programming with Python and a strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex algorithms to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to lead projects independently
